Yoga (COMING SOON The Ultimate 2018 Guide to Yoga)

Check out my Free Resources & Guides Section in the Shop tab here!

Lululemon’s Free Community Classes
Lululemon offers free, in store community classes. Just click on the link, enter your city/zip code and click on the store nearest you. The individual location will have a a list of their monthly events. Not all the stores have their events posted, so it doesn’t hurt to call or drop by a particular store to check. More often than not, they will have yoga classes or a running group you can join.

Prana’s Free Community Classes
Prana offers free community classes as well. Just click on the link, enter your city/zip code and click on the store nearest you. Each store will have it’s own link to an events calendar. Note that only the pins that are blue indicate a brick and mortar location. All the gray pins show where the merchandise is sold, so there will most likely not be classes at those locations.

Passport to Prana
Passport to Prana is a $30 pass that gives you access to dozens of local studios. It lasts a whole year and you can take one class at each studio you visit. You can see the list of participating studios and cities here.
